1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services offered by Sahra Voyages Travel and Tourism (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking a package, service, or activity with us, you (“the customer”) agree to these terms.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
Prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment gateway, or other approved methods.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refundable Packages: Eligible for a refund with a 3% deduction from the total bill to cover administrative and transaction costs.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official address.
Refund processing time may take 7–14 working days after confirmation.
Non-Refundable Packages: No refund will be issued in case of cancellation, unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
4. Changes & Amendments
Any changes to bookings (dates, destinations, activities) are subject to availability and additional charges.
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, supplier issues, etc.) without liability.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other necessary travel documents.
Sahra Voyages Travel and Tourism is not responsible for losses due to incorrect or missing documentation.
6. Liability Disclaimer
We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or service quality beyond our control.
Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events.
7. Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer behaving inappropriately or in violation of laws in the UAE or destination country.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
